2025 Venue

The 2025 Training Workshop will be held at the beautiful Westin Westminster hotel in Denver, Colorado. All workshop sessions, Awards reception and program, and the exhibits will take place at the Westin. The Westin Westminster is conveniently located just outside of Denver and has a full-service Southwestern restaurant onsite.

A Workshop Rate of $199 per night can be booked for the nights of Saturday, 29 March through Thursday, 3 April 2025 (government per diem rate starting 1 April 2025 is $215).

The Westin is nearly sold out. Use the booking link below to reserve your room at the Westin at $215 per night. If the Westin is not available, you can book other Marriott properties in Westminster on the booking site.

There are rooms available at the Denver Marriott Westminster (.6 miles away from the Westin) and SpringHill Suites Denver North/Westminster (.5 miles away from the Westin). You can use the booking link above to book at one of these hotels if the Westin is not available for the dates you need. IMPORTANT BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ:

All Attendees, Sponsors, and Speakers are encouraged to book their hotel reservation early, but everyone MUST have a Registration record created by 14 March (paid or a registration fee balance due) or your room reservation at the Westin may be CANCELLED.

If you get a message on the booking site that the Westin is not available, it means ONE of the nights you selected OR the entire block is sold out. You can adjust your dates and search again or book at one of the other Marriott properties using the same booking link above.

All rooms must be booked directly using the Marriott online booking link above to take advantage of the negotiated Workshop rate at the Westin. DO NOT book a room directly through the hotel’s website, call the Westin to book, or book through third-party booking sites, or we cannot guarantee the Workshop rate or reservation.
The Westin has a 72-hour cancellation prior to arrival policy this year to receive a full refund for any room nights cancelled.

Transportation & Parking

There is no shuttle service from the Denver International Airport to the Westin hotel, so we suggest taking a ride share (Uber, etc.) or taxi (it’s approximately 35 minutes to the hotel).

There is ample parking at the Westin and it is free for all Training Workshop participants from March 29 – April 4, 2025.
